After placing an order, our manager will contact you to see the shipping options for the Goods. If you do not have the opportunity to collect the Goods from our warehouse on your own, we will offer you delivery options with an already calculated cost and verified carriers. After agreeing on the shipping method, our manager will complete your order (taking into account the delivery details). You can make the payment using the method that suits you best, credit card, PayPal or a bank transfer according to the provided invoice.

Prices are available only for registered users, so you only need to go to the registration and supplementary form. After registration, you will have access to the prices and packing lists of the products. If you are already registered, simply log in with your username and password. Note that, depending on the type of account and the country, the prices shown will be visible with or without VAT.

All product prices are available to registered users only. When registering, the user must indicate whether he is a Company or physical person. It is also important to indicate correctly the country, since it depends on the country, some products or others will be available due to the sale restrictions of some brands.

  • The price without VAT is provided for all legal entities in EU countries with a VAT number (except Spain!)
  • The price includes VAT for all individuals and all users in Spain.

Some of our products may be subject to sales restrictions in certain countries. If the country you specified during registration is the same as the country to which the product cannot be delivered, you will not be able to purchase it.

After agreeing on the shipping method with the manager, your order goes directly to the pending payment status, after which you have 3 days to make the payment. If the payment is not made within the term, the order will be automatically canceled. If necessary, you can contact our manager to extend the product reservation period.

You can modify your personal information on your personal account page. To change the delivery details, click Change address, enter valid details and click the "Save address" button. To change your personal data, go to the "Profile" item. If you want to delete your profile, write to us in support using the comment form.

In our online shop you can buy only those products made in lots and that are available on the web (the number of lots in the order is not limited!). If you are interested in a bulk purchase, you can familiarize yourself with the terms on our website:, or write to us in support, our sales manager will certainly offer you favorable terms of cooperation.

Our company works only with the countries of the European Union, therefore, at the time of registration only these countries are available. In case you are interested in delivery to another country outside the European Union, please contact one of our sales manager.
