Returns

      If you want to return a lot or item purchased in Zadarovstock you can do it for free.

      Only a new product that has no traces of use and has not been used is subject to return.

     The return period will be 15 days from receipt of the merchandise.

     To make the return, you must contact our sales manager, indicate the reasons for the return and also provide the exact address where the Goods must be collected.

     Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the returned item, depending on your bank and the payment method used.

      In addition, if you encounter problems with the delivered products, we may additionally ship or replace part of the products, or compensate only for defective products. The problems mentioned above include:

– Items with defects

– Mismatched description

– Breach of quantity
