Delivery and payment terms


After placing an order, our sales manager will contact you as soon as possible to be able to offer you a payment method that suits you best. In addition to providing clear instructions on how to make your payment.

We work with the following payment methods:

  • Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Masterpass, AMEX, JCB, DisírituCard)
  • Payment through PayPal payment system
  • Payment by transfer according to the provided proforma.


The goods are shipped after full payment of the goods. In the case that there is a previously agreed contract, the payment will be made according to its conditions.

  • Our sales manager will offer you different options for the delivery of your orders, being able to independently choose one transport company or another, always the one that suits you best according to your delivery conditions or cost.
  • Self-collection: having previously agreed with our sales manager, you can collect the Goods independently (no earlier than 24 hours after the agreement) in our warehouse at: ZadarovStock Company, C / Dels Torners, 6, 46711, Miramar (Valencia ), Spain.

Note! Some brands can only be sold in certain countries, make sure you have specified the correct country in your personal account before placing an order. (You can find more details on the page “Terms of service and privacy policy”).

Documents submitted

The main documents that are delivered to the client are the following:

  • Invoice (invoice)
  • Packing list
  • Attached transport document.
